Can I ship to a location other than my home?
Yes. When you are purchasing from Hassan Kinley Gallery you are given the option to ship to any address that you choose. Note that delivery takes place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm so take this into account when choosing your location.

Who do I contact if I have problems with shipping or delivery?

What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the artwork you have purchased you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it and claim a full refund for the price of the work exclusive of postage and packaging costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return of the item, which must be in mint condition on arrival at Hassan Kinley Gallery in order to claim the refund.

What if my work of art arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that the work arrives damaged, please email us immediately sales@hassankinleygallery.com. Our customer support representative will guide you through your options. These may include replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund._
